《军情观察室》是香港凤凰卫视推出的一档军事强档节目，主要是分析当今世界的最新军情动态，经典战例、兵器辞典知识，和你一起走进野战实地、电玩战争、用军事发烧友的目光看海陆空世界。《军情观察室》诞生于伊拉克战争的硝烟之中。2003年3月，伊拉克战争爆发，董嘉耀与马鼎盛拍档主持《军情观察室》，全面生动解构战局，引人入胜，受到海内外观众广泛赞赏，从此《军情观察室》由一个为伊拉克战争开设的特备节目，而成为正式的专题节目，并成为凤凰高收视节目之一。
