深夜，五位各具风采的漂亮女人却在飞雪别墅的一间套房地上醒来，床上奇异地躺着的赫然是与她们戚戚相关的一个男人一刘冽，的“尸体”。套房从里面上了锁形成了一间密室，打开门后的别墅里空旷地再无他人，死者刘冽怀孕的妻子宋柔情绪崩溃开始攀咬其他几人，认为杀害刘冽的凶手就在四人中间，其他几人皆不承认，纷纷愤怒地想离开现场。但她们却发现别墅外风雪交加，回程的路被大雪阻塞，刘冽妹妹刘凌第一时间报警，警察表示立刻出警，但该别墅区域被风雪阻塞，到达救援需要时间，希望她们原地等待。秘书沈晓霜电话同来参加公司周年纪念的同事，他们却表示宴会早已结束他们全部回来，并不知道她们被遗留，他们现在派人救援但需要时间。别无他法的五人只能回到别墅内，但全场震惊的却是，刘冽的“尸体”，消失了。一场真人版的剧本杀拉开了帷幕……
