任飞儿（董洁 饰）是一名舞蹈演员，只身来上海梦想考取现代舞团，机缘巧合的和回国创业的海归IT精英裔天（安在旭 Jae-wook Ahn 饰）租了白领公寓的同一套房子。然而性格生活观念等各方面的分歧让这段同居生活看起来并不是一帆风顺。裔天的初恋女友韩逸从美国回来找裔天，却意外的碰上了任飞儿，误会了飞儿和裔天关系的韩逸心灰意冷的飞回美国准备结婚来淡忘这段感情。裔天回来后得知了这件事，和飞儿的矛盾一触即发，发生争吵。而白领公寓的另一对同居室友康平（墨阳 饰）和刘恋（刘孜 饰）却相处的非常平和，在康平的提示下，裔天决定追回飞儿请她做自己的游戏模特，误会解除后，两人冰释前嫌，朝夕相处的工作让一段美妙的情缘展开而来…
