大龍鳳麻雀館第二代傳人司徒久年少繼承家業，雀館見證灣仔區變遷，「碰」、「槓」聲中滿載人情味！一成不變的司徒久竟肯斥資收購瀕臨解散的港灣樂團，得力助手張鐵原本強烈反對，當知悉其收購樂團是為了失散多年的女兒兼樂手沈家明，終願意出任副團長，從中協助二人相認……德旺集團主席歐陽宗當年於麻雀大戰中敗給司徒久的父親，承諾德旺不會踏足灣仔；這位麻雀梟雄多年後捲土重來，要使計對付司徒久，最終司徒久能否守住大龍鳳？
