故事发生在圣夜学院中，亚梦（伊藤加奈惠 配音）是校园里有名的“刺头”，因为她不仅外表凶狠凌厉，有时说话还十分毒舌。然而，这却并非真实的亚梦。亚梦其实十分胆小害羞，她不过是用强硬的外在作为伪装，将其变成能够自我保护的堡垒罢了。 终于有一天，亚梦再也无法忍受生活中旁人对她的诸多误会和误解了，她决定改变，亚梦向“守护灵”祈愿，希望自己的愿望能够成真。让亚梦没有想到的是，第二天，她的床上竟然多了三只守护蛋，守护蛋里装着的，是三名可爱善良的“守护甜心”——小兰（阿澄佳奈 配音）、美琪（加藤奈奈绘 配音）和小丝（丰崎爱生）。在他们的帮助下，亚梦能否重塑自己的形象呢？
