方正（于洋）与王小明（郑则仕）本是好友，但王小明被雷仲坚（关海山）害死，冤魂不散誓要报仇，先将自己本来的20年大运转给方正，逼方正答应待儿子长大后要为自己报仇，方正抗拒无从，但王小明却误打误撞，错将大运转给方正的妻子顾芷薇（叶德娴），顾芷薇成为著名歌星。方正的儿子方振宇（梁朝伟）长大后与雷仲坚的女儿江静宜（周秀兰）相恋，却被王小明迷著而失去本性，谋害雷仲坚一家，方正试图阻止反被王小明害死，最后王小明觉悟放过雷仲坚并投胎转世，而方振宇亦恢复本性。@www.molikan.com
