金秉信（马国明 饰）本是法律系高材生，却因一次冤狱而决定开启法律行政人员之路。凭借八面玲珑的处事手腕，秉信逐渐建立“金师爷”金漆招牌。金师爷任职的律师楼突然面临倒闭，他运用人脉化解危局，还获律师田佑家（林夏薇 饰）、庾国栋（黄嘉乐 饰）加盟共事，并与大状马玮雄（张颕康 饰）组成新的法律界“最强CP”，解决各宗错综复杂的案件。 及后，金师爷竟再度成为犯人栏内的被告，纵得三位知心好友全力支持，庭上仍处下风。到底金师爷一方最终能否逆转官司，继续以法律发言，为公义发声？
