首先这是一部试验动画，本上来说这部漫画是个超级无厘头疯狂飨宴，里面渗了很多大杂烩。在某方面来说很冷，在另一方面来说却是很热血。 最不能接受的就是能接受等的矛盾剧情，以阿库罗斯的理想─征服世界为主轴。女主角是做什么事都不经脑且贫穷的金发美少女─优秀和不知道什么时候会死随时缺氧的─哈雅。 优秀和哈雅为了阿库罗斯的理想，遵从著他们的最高领袖易路扒佐而于F县F市努力著。但F市的大变态博士蒲腐也为了保卫街市而组织了对等的团队。 所谓的EXCEL SAGA~照字面上翻就是冒险啦~本部呢~是位在于F县F市的地下水道中!可是呢~就是怕碰到大洪水~~因为是下水道所以淹水的情形相~当~的严重!P.S坐的台子有自动侦测水位并升高的功能……目前的短程目标是占领F县F市…… 长程目标呢?当然是全世界啦!
