社會奇情劇集《人海虎鯊》寫商業社會中的爾虞我詐，弱肉強食，人性的弱點，極盡披露。 華裔青年施文﹝黃日華﹞到香港辦理父親的葬禮後，寄居姨丈梅仲平家，獲表妹梅思敏﹝李婉華﹞垂青。在一偶然機會下，文認識富豪容東成，成叱吒商場，戰無不勝，為達目的不惜殺人。文受成賞識，加入其財團，扶搖直上，惹來成之助手郭錦安﹝黃允財﹞留難。其間，文認識成子容樹佳﹝關禮傑﹞之女友卓家琳﹝楊寶玲﹞。琳父生前乃成的好友兼法律顧問，故成視琳如親生。但琳發覺成與其父之死有關，並懷疑文父也是成所殺。文被名利沖昏，拒信琳所言，兩人感情決裂。後文從安處得知成殺人之事，猛然醒覺，決意將成繩之於法……
