万家和（陈锦鸿 饰）是一名心理医生，他十分热爱自己的职业，也因为能够帮助他人走出心理疾病的困扰而充满了喜悦与自豪。可是，万家和能够医治别人，却医治不了自己，曾经的一场意外让他对男女之事充满了恐惧，也正因为此，从小到大，他从来就没有享受过一段长久而又稳定的恋情。 一位名叫应灵山（滕丽名 饰）的女孩出现在了万家和的生命之中，令万家和十分心动，然而，就在万家和以为自己终于找到真爱之时，他的好友张祖尧（郑嘉颖 饰）却半路杀出横刀夺爱。与此同时，应灵山被查出患上了精神分裂症，在各方压力之中，万家和能否化险为夷呢？
