该剧讲述了两个不同生活际遇的年轻人于五星级酒店相识并相恋的浪漫奇遇。身无长物，依靠各种打零工度日的女主易然（卢洋洋 饰）是“满怀热情，却又不抱期望”的差评小姐。相貌英俊，对事过分严苛和追求完美的男主肖穆丞（邢昭林 饰）是缨缦酒店的客房经理，也是缨缦集团的准继承人。因为“差评小姐”的意外差评，追求完美的肖穆丞找到易然，邀请她到解决缨缦的“危机”。二人分别用自己的方式解决所遇到的种种人和事，也因这样，朝夕相处中更是矛盾重重，看似毫无交集的两条平行线，不知不觉在相互靠近......
