CW这一版根据1990年法国电影《尼基塔女郎》、1993年美国翻拍版电影《尼基塔：永不回头》及1997年由美国和加拿大联合制作的电视剧集《尼基塔女郎》改编而成。 在Percy被击毙，Amanda失踪后，“Division”被Ryan（诺亚·比恩 Noah Bean 饰）接管，成为一个正是为国效力的秘密组织。可是这个组织依然见不光，用来对抗恐怖组织和收服Percy过往的残留余党。而这次的“Division”除了保留以前所有的特工，还有Nikita（李美琪 Maggie Q 饰）和搭档兼未婚夫Michael（夏恩·韦斯特 Shane West 饰）、有着特工与富豪双重身份的Alex（琳德西·冯塞卡 Lyndsy Fonseca 饰）、怪才计算机专家Brikhoff（亚伦·斯坦福 Aaron Stanford 饰）。这一次众人又要面对如何危险的处境呢？
