自从勾当台公园舞台的圣诞演出结束后，Wake up Girl的女孩们在享受新年假期的同时，也为组合的命运各自踟蹰担忧。经纪人兼代理社长松田耕平（浅沼晋太郎 配音）更是焦头烂额，在债务追逼置于，想尽各种办法为女孩们联系演出，期间不免遭到无良制作人的刁难。随着丹下社长（日高法子 配音）的回归，已经濒临崩溃的Wake up Girl侥幸保存下来，岛田真梦（吉冈茉祐 配音）和林田蓝里（永野爱理 配音）她们抱持着不惜牺牲一切的觉悟朝着偶像的目标再度前进。另一方面，超人气国民偶像组合I-1Club也开始了47都道府县制霸的运营策略，小小仙台点燃了偶像之争的战火。 名不见经传的Wake up Girl，能否实现她们期待已久的梦想？
